  • This support group is for Black men where we can keep it real about life, mental health, and everything in between. This is a space to speak freely, support each other, and challenge the idea that asking for help is weak. We will build brotherhood, share our experiences, and lift each other up on this journey.

  • The Creek Counseling is hosting a group to discuss how faith and mental health connect, especially in our community. Too many of us were taught to just “pray it away,” but sometimes we need space to heal while holding on to our faith. This group is about being honest with God, our minds, and ourselves as we learn how faith and therapy can work hand in hand.
